Hotel Staff
IN URGENT NEED OF COOK AND WAITRESS!!!
- Head Chef (preferrably Chineese)
- Sous Chef or Assistant Chef
- Waitress
*Applicants must have at leat 1 year Hotel/Restaurant experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Head Chef
Excellent w/ sushi and seafood cooking skills
Conversant in English (knowledgeable in Chinese is an advantage)
Must have post school qualifications
Male between 28-45 yrs. old
Experience of managing staff
Experience in Training Staff
Managing Food Cost
Liason with Clients from time to time
Designing menus
Producing food including cooking by the use of power flame wok stove burners
Sous Chef
Male between 22-35
Perform duties same as Chef without the management functions
Responsible for food production
Stock Takes
Ordering of fresh porduce, seafoods and meats
Determine best prices
Training Staff
Cooking by the use of power flame wok stove burners
Managing the kitchen on days when the head chef is off duty
Waitresses
Female between 18-30
Perform the usual duties of a Waitress
